The facility was built in 2012. It was put into operation. It was not in use. Total area - 2169 m2. The facility has four floors and a fifth technical floor. The facility has three facade and one technical entrance. The facility is equipped with an elevator shaft. The basement of the facility has a total area of 419.4 m2. The floor is tiled. The basement has a changing room, 5 rooms that can be used as halls for group fitness classes and for other purposes (3 rooms of 36 m2, 1 room of 53 m2 and one room of 63 m2). Also on the basement floor are technical rooms and 2 rooms of 15 m2, which can have different purposes (storage rooms). The basement has 2 toilets and two shower rooms.
The first and second floors of the facility have an area of 434 m2 and 457.8 m2, respectively. The premises of the first and second floors are a bathhouse complex. The floor is tiled. On the first floor there is a hall with panoramic windows of 102 m2 with access to the territory of the complex towards Alma-Atinska Street (facade). On the third floor, there is a large room with panoramic windows (facade) with an area of 234.6 m2 which has exits (on both sides) to open verandas with an area of 38.4 m2 each.
