The house has an energy-efficient heating system. Heating is gas and solid fuel (pyrolysis boiler for briquettes or firewood). They heat water and feed it to a heat accumulator (1000 l) with three heat exchangers: one for hot water supply, another for heating, the third for receiving heat from a solar collector of 60 tubes installed on the roof. The automation that controls the system ensures that the specified temperature parameters of hot water and heating are maintained.
Drainage
The house is drained into 2 septic tanks: 30 m3 and 14 m3. There is an additional pit for rainwater drainage.

In January-February 2026, due to severe cold, frequent and long power outages, the heating and water supply systems froze.
