Second floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom;
Homestead plot: 20 acres (two plots of 10 acres each).
Communications: electricity - 25 kW, (day/night); water - 2 wells 40 and 20 meters (drinking and technical), sewage - septic tank (two wells of 12 cubic meters each), heating - solid fuel boiler, electric (warm floor on the first floor), garbage - tanks, a car every week.
The floors are slabs, the walls are log cabins, the ceiling height is 3 meters.
Territory of the site: decorative pond with fish (Koi carp), swing, fruit and ornamental plantings, ship pine.
