I am selling an apartment in the new complex "Synergy Kyiv" (28 Teplovozna St.), building 2026. This is Darnytskyi district, Poznyaki. Building No. 2 is already fully commissioned, so you can plan repairs and implement your ideas for yourself.

About the house itself (and why it will be quiet here even in winter):
Autonomy: There is a private German Wolf boiler house on the roof. Plus, a powerful generator was purchased for the house. If the lights go out, the elevators, water, heating, and internet in the common areas will work without interruption.
Security: Entrance to the entrance using the Face ID system - no strangers or advertising spam at the door.
Yard: Large, closed to cars. Playgrounds have been set up, areas with hammocks where you can just sit and relax. About the location: Nearby are large lakes, supermarkets (Silpo, Auchan), schools and kindergartens.
It's literally a few minutes by car or minibus to the Poznyaki or Kharkivska metro stations.
