A two-room apartment with an area of 69.20 sq.m., which was redeveloped into a spacious one-room apartment with a kitchen-living room (31 sq.m.), a bedroom (17 sq.m.) with a wardrobe (2.50 sq.m.), a bathroom (4 sq.m.) and a laundry room at the entrance with an area of 2.50 sq.m.
If desired, the kitchen-living room can be reformatted into a separate kitchen and zoned room using aluminum structures and glass.
They did the renovations in the apartment for themselves, using high-quality, expensive materials and according to the design of the project. With the outbreak of the war, only the kitchen and other furniture were not finished, and air conditioners were not installed.

- the balcony door was changed to Salamander, fittings were installed for automatic door opening with an electric motor. It was planned to link the automatic door opening with the hood in the kitchen during cooking;
- communications have been prepared for installing an air conditioner.
Bath:
- Hansgrohe plumbing;
- a bathtub;
- Geberit Sigma installation;
- the ventilation duct for humid air intake is located behind the suspended ceiling;
- ventilation duct with check valve;
- the duct fan is located in the laundry room behind the inspection hatch;
- underfloor heating (Xiaomi underfloor heating controller installed with the ability to connect to the Smart Home system);

Bedroom:

- soundproofing wool is laid on the ceiling;
- 10 mm laminate (possibility of installing underfloor heating);
- a double bed (made to order) with a soft headboard to the ceiling;
- communications have been established for the installation of an air conditioner.
Wardrobe in the bedroom:

- door opening/closing sensor for automatic light on/off;
- ventilation is turned on;
- smart ventilation on/off sensor with special settings.
Concealed interior doors with Bonaiti locks and smart home sensors. Each door has hidden magnetic floor stops. Everything in the apartment stays.
